Our services

Helse & sikkerhet (Hesi) offers the whole range of services an occupational health service (BHT) should offer. We emphasize the development of quality and methods in the field.

Systematic HMS

Hesi assists in revision, internal control, risk assessment and preventive HMS. We assist with quality revisions of the HMS- systems, both preparation and maintenance according to the regulation from the government.

Health controls

When the companys risk assessment shows that it is necessary, we offer targeted health controls, based on what the workers face daily.

Vaccination

Hesi can offer vaccination to employers in our membership companies. We follow the recommendation from Folkehelseinstituttet

Follow up on sick-leave and presence-work

Hesi will consult and give advice to employers and the HMS- personnel when it comes to people on sick- leave, and work with presence, and focus on preventing sick-leave, and getting people back to work.

Ergonomics

Hesi prepares guidelines for ergonomics in the workplace, e.g in new buildings, reconstructions and cleaning.

Psychosocial work environment

Hesi gives support and counselling in challenges of the psychosocial work environment.

Occupational hygienist

Hesi assists the company mapping and measuring physical, chemical and biological work environment, and advices how health hazards can be reduced to a completely sound level.

Substance and addiction

Hesi assists the company prevneting and handling problems with substance and addiction

Work medical out patient

Work medical out patient is included for customers in the Rana- region. This clinic is occupied with a nurse and a doctor and gives emergency help for treating employees that has suffered from small work-related injuries or health issues.

Organizational conditions

Hesi assist in preparing routines and guidelines about organizational conditions, like work contracts, work plans, participation, duty of care and etc...
