Targeted health controls

When the companys risk assessment shows that it is necessary, we offer targeted health controls, based on what the workers face daily. This might be assessment of the companys risk profile, exposure assessment, employee committee, targeted health controls, reporting obligation, refferal to assessment of work medicine, messages to NAV and Arbeidstilsynet.  

The purpose is to discover, prevent and hinder development of work-related injuries and diseases.
We make a company report after the examination.

All newly employed in our membership companies are offered this targeted health control.  
Work with demand of special health control:

• Work that involves noise (hearing control)
• Diving
• Rock work
• Working with biological hazard
• Work with chemicals

Work with governmental demand of health control:

• Work with computer screens (vision test)
• Work at sewage treatment plant
• Work at drilling facilities at land
• Work involving mechanical vibrations
• Work mostly at night
• Work involving artificial optical radiation that can involve skin- and eye damages

Health approval:

• Sailor medical certificate
• Offshore medical certificate
• Drivers according to regulation
• Safety personnel according to regulation
• Smoke- and chemical divers
